We hired Chef Adair's team to cook a private dinner for 9 at our Airbnb in Sonoma and it was the most amazing experience. Chef Nancy was an absolute delight and her food was incredible! She and Elizabeth had the most spectacular service and were so lovely to spend our evening with. I would highly recommend Chef Adair to anyone in the area looking for a relaxing evening with unforgettable food!

We hired Chef Adair for a birthday dinner party while visiting Napa. Chef Adair and his team were AMAZING from start to finish! The team was easy to work with on menu selections and suggestions. And then...WOW! The night of our dinner party the menu and service were top notch. I can not say enough good things about Chef Adair, the quality of food, the friendly staff and excellent service that he and his team provided. All we can say is WOW! Chef Adair was the chef for our 100 person wedding (a) Winery last weekend and we cannot say enough good things about the experience. He was professional to work with throughout, and he was very conscious of our budget and made sure he stayed within it(...)We worked together to design the menu and he was open to listening to our requests for different food items (...) Chef's entire team (Chef, 10 servers, a sous-chef, 3 bartenders, an event coordinator, and a few more) were a pure joy to interact with. Everyone was so professional. Wonderful experience! We hired Chef Adair for my fiancé's 60th birthday dinner party and had a wonderful time! Chef Adair (&Co.) did an absolutely beautiful job catering the food for my June wedding 2021 at Hans Fahden Winery. He has got wedding catering mastered! Everything was just perfect! And he made everything so easy, and was very accommodating and flexible, (...) The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was gorgeous and the service and wait staff were incredibly professional. They timed the 4 courses perfectly, and everyone’s plates were hot and served at just the right moment. Everyone raves about the food and the service. My husband’s dad said the salmon was the best salmon he’s ever had in his life, and he’s 96 years old! I recommend Chef Adair whole-heartedly. Of all the people we worked with in planning our wedding, he was the easiest and most responsive...and far exceeded our expectations!

My friends and I had the pleasure of having chef Adair prepare us a stunning, intimate meal for 4 at our rented vacation house in Healdsburg, Ca.. Everything was exceptional, from the quality of ingredients to the great, personalized service. The meal itself was truly fantastic, the sauce on the poached lobster dish is a strong contender for the best thing I've ever tasted. He was really easy to work with, and accommodating of some dietary restrictions. He even made extra fresh pasta for the kids, which was very thoughtful. We have plenty of fine dining experience, but never had a private home meal like this before. It was a wonderful experience, and we are looking forward to working with chef Adair again soon!

My husband surprised me with a lovely birthday dinner for two last evening catered in our home by Chef Garrett Adair.
It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I can't say enough positive things about our meal and the experience of having Garrett prepare the 5 amazing courses which we devoured with absolute delight. He also selected 3 perfect wines. We often dine out and especially on special occasions but this was a new experience which far surpassed any meal which we could have had at a five star restaurant.

He created a special menu for our liking, and everything was prepped so beautifully. All 8 of us licked the plates clean! Each of the 4 courses got better as it went on. When Chef Adair left, he left the kitchen even cleaner than when we had arrived! His professionalism and service was incomparable! A must do when in Wine Country .. we look forward to it again soon!

"Meal was amazing.   But before that, he made the process very simple.  Had a discussion about what the event was for, allowed us to ask questions about what he does and the types of foods he works with.  Much of it was locally sourced.  We selected a four course dinner and he threw in an awesome dessert!  We also went with some wine pairings for each course out of his wine club.  Let me tell you everyone loved it.  I can honestly say everything was prepared to perfection (he came out and talked about each course), but I think the favorite were the scallops!   If could've had just those, would've been happy.  But the pulled port was great, the filet cooked quite well.  The service overall was excellent.  Great staff!  If you are looking to do something a little out of the ordinary or splurge a little, he's your guy!!!

​12/10/2017: Chef Adair and his crew made the most amazing dinner for my 40th birthday. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! I love to cook and he went through each dish and gave me tips for cooking. It was so great. Great service, beautiful food and the best I've ever tasted. There's a picture of me licking the bowl from our scallop meal. I can't stop thinking about it. If you have a chance to hire a private chef you can't go wrong with Chef Adair.
