8/7/2017I don't know where to begin Chef Adair catered a dinner for us four years ago while we were visiting in Napa. The food was absolutely amazing and the service impeccable. The experience was something you can't describe, he offered wine pairing for each course served and it was just mind blowing. We have gone back to visit Napa every year since with the exception of this year, each time we have gone back we had made it a point to have Chef Adair cater our last night in the area with a five course meal and wine to pair with each course. We can't wait to come back in 2018, he has become family to us and a trip to Napa without Chef Adair isn't worth the visit!

As a past business owner and events coordinator, I have worked with many chefs and catering companies over the years. Literally, no one comes close to the professionalism and joy Chef Adair brings to his jobs. I've worked with Adair a few times now and each time it's the same. He and Richard run such an efficient, tight ship, that as the event coordinator I literally don't have to worry about anything food related. They had every detail taken care of. We barely knew he was there yet when we all wanted to chat and see what they were up to in the kitchen, he was more than happy to show us the ropes and teach us a bit about what he was doing. He's super cool, personable and beyond professional.

Then we had Chef Adair cook for us at our vacation home on the last night of our trip, and it was by far the best dinner we had. His plates were creative, well executed, beautiful and best of all had an amazing combination of flavors. He used the freshest ingredients with delicious accompaniments grown in his own garden. To top it all off he is personable and showed us great techniques in cooking. It was an outdoor event and the weather turned unexpectedly to a heavy rain just hours before the guests were to arrive. The crew came together and helped me assemble tents and the chef loaned me his tent. The staff solved so many problems that night with creativity and great smiles. The food was fabulous and Chef Adair was so easy to work with and responsive to special requests. He responded quickly when I first contacted him and impressed me with his love of food and local sourcing of his ingredients. An incredibly memorable evening thanks to Chef Adair and his team."
