We have two private chef packages to choose from, custom catering and/or add a wine pairing.
Wine Pairings: We can provide a wine pairing experience from our collection if desired. Local Sonoma and Napa cult boutique wines available.
Gold: 4 course selection includes local ingredients. Farm to table approach to wine country dining. Dinnerware rentals are not included, but can be added. Chef and server included.
Platinum: 5 - 9 course, haute cuisine, French California fusion dining experience. Farm to table + exotic gourmet ingredients. I.e caviar, truffles, lobster, Kobe beef, foie gras… The world is your oyster! Includes tabletop dinnerware-rentals, Chef and server(s).
Event Catering Available : Full service custom catering from 25 to 100 people is available.
How it works: We send an invoice via email/Quickbooks/Intuit to lock in your date with a partial payment due of 25%. Final amount due 7 (private chef) - 14 (catering) days prior to event date.
Menu Choice & Booking: You have carte blanche of the menus coinciding with your chosen dining experience/package/courses (Gold or Platinum). We ask that you send us your top 10 favorite dishes from the menus. Price stays the same so we can lock in your date, while Chef customizes your menu based on your faves!

Fully customizable events. We can handle all your party rentals, wine, beverage service. (No hard liquor) you can bring your own and we can serve it, full staffing and cuisine. Catering from 25 - 150 guest. We come to your venue.

Delivery only: We are a licenced wine retailer. We curate a large cellar of local Napa- Sonoma fine wines for your wine paired dining experience. We can pair wines to your budget. Typically $65 - $85 per person. Or, receive free wine tasting concierge for wines to procure during your wine tasting in our region or from your personal stash!
