An elevated Michelin level bespoke Executive Chef dining experience. With options starting at 5 courses to 9 courses.

A 3+ course California Bistro Style dining experience with chef and server. A lovely choice for those who have been wine tasting all day and/or celebrating a milestone event. Always a cleaned kitchen.

What we offer & how it works
Chef Adair private chef parties
- Offering: Custom multi-course, Family style, Buffet or let's design a custom dining experience just for you: Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Truly local, organic & best exotic ingredients.

- Executive & highly experienced chef from the best backgrounds

- The finest cuisine whether we are performing a fine dining experience or a casually designed birthday dinner.
- Begins in our licensed commercial kitchen by our culinary team and finalized cooking in your kitchen.
- The chef sets up a fun/professional and/or interactive (your choice) private bistro in your home or vacation rental. We can be discrete or get cooking tips from the chef while watching and sipping your favorite beverage!
- Professional servers set the mood, table and arrangements.
- The server will present the meal and pour beverages
- The chef cooks and discusses each course or we can have menus at the table.
- Option: interactive cooking/demo or quiet background service?
- Party rentals available: We offer China and stemware service, included with some packages.
- Full kitchen and cleanup and refuse removal.
- Discretion, fun, informative, professionalism, and safety.

Booking procedure and how it works.
- Contact us via the online request form.
- You’ll get a welcome email with menu options and we’ll pencil in your date (no commitment until you decide to book).
- We’ll follow up by text, call, or email.
- We will send 1 to 4 different estimates for your review and choice each coinciding with the different package levels (above) or a custom estimate based on our exclusive chat.
- You can Book anytime; simply reserve your date with a 25% deposit on the estimate of your choice sent via a secure Intuit-QuickBooks link.
- You can upgrade or downgrade package choice anytime after booking*
- What about menu choices? Pick any top 10 dishes from your coinciding menu/package/estimate—price stays the same as quoted this way we can lock in date/price while taking our time with the menu... Send your top ~10 items and Chef Adair will customize your perfect menu. Feel free to call anytime if you'd like to learn more 707-795-3675.
- Your dedicated coordinator contacts you after booking to get and review details and customize arrangements--included at no extra charge.
- Add-ons (wine pairings, reception foods, rentals) available and can be added at any time if desired.
- *Final menu, guest count, dietary notes, and payment due 7 days before the event.
