A 5 course meal: It was such a pleasure to be able to hire Chef Adair's chef and server on our recent trip to Sonoma/Glen Ellen. I'll start by saying the put together two perfect menus for our two nights. (...)I still dream about the pickled grapes. The main courses were exactly what they said and beyond delicious. Filet cooked perfectly and the tastiest chicken I have had in a very long time. The desserts were to die for! All ten of us agreed that the flourless chocolate dessert was the best ever!!!
