Chef Garrett Adair is California Native, award winning bootstrap & Le Cordon Bleu Alumni Executive Chef. With 25+ years experience in upscale French bistros, restaurant ownership & catering. Including Michelin star restaurant experience and 20+ years as a private chef. Cooking and planning events for Fortune 500 Executives, locals, wineries, artists and foodies alike, Chef Garrett has a unique perspective on food, dining, and how it is experienced together, with a focus on French-California cuisine!

Chef Adair and his team created an amazing meal for our wedding! The team had good communication throughout the process and I felt at ease that everything would be handled properly. Chef created a menu that was outstanding from each of the 5 courses that we chose. Our guests were raving about the taste and the presentation of it all.
