Chef Garrett Adair is an award winning bootstrap & Le Cordon Bleu Alumni Chef: With over 20 years experience in upscale Bistro's, catering company owner, Michelin Star restaurant experience, 15 years as private chef and 2.5 years restaurant owner.
Chef Garrett Adair is a Dean's list Le Cordon Bleu Graduate and true hospitality professional.

Chef Garrett Adair - Bio
Starting in restaurants in 1992 (High school), Chef Adair spent 10 years cooking, creating and honing his craft full time in some of Sonoma County's best restaurants - Notably: Michelin star rated - Farmhouse Inn & Restaurant, 101 Main Bistro & Wine Bar, Monti's Rotisserie & Bar - to name a few.
Chef Adair opened his first Catering company in 2004 - Canape Catering Co., becoming well know as an upscale caterer for Wine Country tourism, winemaker dinners, weddings and local executive events.
(Chef Adair) Private Chef Services ~ launched ~ in 2007. As he wanted to solely focus on wine country tourism for upscale vacation rentals.
Performing 100's boutique-private chef dinner parties, since. Occasionally being invited to cook abroad for clients as-well.
In 2013, while continuing (Chef Adair-Private Chef Services) Garrett opened his French American Bistro in Sonoma County, operating as Executive Chef & Co-Owner. After a few years and establishing the Bistro it was acquired late 2016.
Chef Adair turned his full attention back to expanding his private chef services - his true passion, cooking for private parties & wine pairings. Bringing his 20+ years of culinary and hospitality experience to your private dinner party.
Based in Sonoma County: Chef Adair & Co. services Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Santa Ynez and Beyond.
