We have a commercial kitchen called "prep" owned by Chef Garrett Adair Located in Cotati and quite literally the heart of Sonoma County. This is where we get daily deliveries from local purveyors and we create your menu and dining experiences we bring to you.

Chef and hospitality industry for over 35 years. As an Executive Chef for 10 years for restaurants in Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties, most notably The Swiss Hotel Sonoma and John Ash Banquet Head Chef Sonoma, Ca. Nacy is smart, talented and of command quality all by leading with a huge heart and a fun loving spirit! |

Chef Matthew SiegerChef Matthew Sieger was born in Lakewood, California in a family that made traveling and food a priority from an early age. Sieger attended UCLA, earning a B.S. in neuroscience. But shortly after graduation, he took his first restaurant job at Four Oaks, a historic boutique French restaurant formerly in Bel Air. Chef Sieger's extensive culinary experience also includes fine dining and Michelin Star restaurants in the Bay Area and Chicago.
