Garrett Adair is an award-winning bootstrap chef and proud Le Cordon Bleu alumnus, offering over 25 years of experience in upscale dining. He began his culinary journey at age sixteen, working as a prep cook and dishwasher, soon becoming a Sous Chef at 19 at a French Bistro "101 Main Bistro and Wine Bar" in Sebastopol. He further refined his passion for French-California cuisine at the Michelin-starred Farmhouse Inn in Forestville, California, and as the restaurant owner of Bistro 100 in Petaluma, Ca.
As the owner of a successful private chef and catering company, Garrett has established himself as a trusted culinary expert, recommended by hundreds of vacation rental properties and venues throughout Northern California. He has had the privilege of serving Fortune 500 executives, celebrities, local food enthusiasts, wineries, and artists, providing unique dining experiences.
A devoted husband, father, food lover, golfer and bass guitar player, Garrett is deeply connected to Wine Country and thrives on being part of the culinary revolution, continually seeking to innovate and elevate the dining experience.
