We hired Chef Adair for a birthday dinner party while visiting Napa. Chef Adair and his team were AMAZING from start to finish! The team was easy to work with on menu selections and suggestions. And then...WOW! The night of our dinner party the menu and service were top notch. I can not say enough good things about Chef Adair, the quality of food, the friendly staff and excellent service that he and his team provided.
