Pricing

Platinum Service: Executive Chef Garrett Adair, menu, wine concierge and fine China & crystal service/party rentals*
  • 4 course menus start at $149 per person. This is our minimum.
  • 5 course menus start at $159 per person.
  • 6 course menus start at $179 per person.
  • 7 course menus start at $199 per person.
  • For Wineries: Wholesale pricing is available.

Gold Service: Your Chef shops locally for the best ingredients, designs a menu, and prepares 3 courses in your kitchen.
  • Only $65 an hour for the Chef - 8 hour minumum
  • Includes 3 courses - $35/person, add $15/person for additional courses
  • Our staff sets table, serves, and cleans kitchen
  • China service not included
  • Server required for all events
  • Chef assistant required if over 12 guests
Required Fees:
  • MaÎtre d' is $169 flat rate – one per 6 guests
  • Sous Chef is $169 flat rate – one if over 10 guest
  • Administration/coordination $75
  • Gratuity is 18% of the invoice
  • Sales tax is 8.5%

Pricing Details

  • Service is from 2-25 guests.
  • We are a licensed and insured private chef service, since 2003.
  • Your chef fee and *party rentals are included in the menu cost. Party Rentals* Include (i.e. China service):
    • China, flatware, fine crystal stemware, and bread basket
    • 1 red wine, 1 white wine, 1 water goblet, and 1 champagne flute, per person
    • Porcelain China per course, per person
    • Table cloth and linen napkins, priced separately any color available through our rental company.
  • 25% of total invoice is due at signing - to hold your date, with balance due 7 days prior to the event. All payments received are non-refundable.
  • Parties of 2 - normal fees apply + $75 supplement charge.
  • Wines are not included, but can be arranged for purchase and delivery; through our wine partners.
  • All venues must have a suitable kitchen with sink. If suitable kitchen is not available, client must rent a stove and table to be used.
  • There is a $100 supplement charge for the handling of party rental for parties over 12 people.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex.

Wedding Pricing

  • Weddings have a 20% administration/coordination fee of the total invoice, includes site reviews.
  • $150 party rental delivery and retrieval charge will apply, on all weeding parties.
  • Chef fee is $250 flat fee for wedding catering.
