Our Gold Service is three courses of in-home Chef prepared American Haute Cuisine. Menu items are subject to seasonality and customized menus are available. Our food is from local farms and locally owned gourmet food stores. We never buy boxed "broths" - we make our own stocks and demi-glace from scratch as part of your grocery retainer. We have a licensed and insured commercial kitchen for our catering company. Note: these items can be mixed & matched. Hire us for you whole vacation at a discounted hourly rate!
