We had a wonderful experience with chef Adair! He and his assistant Diego went above and beyond to make our day perfect! They blended perfectly into the background as to not distract from our special day, were interactive when appropriate, had great energy, were relaxed about our timeline, and most importantly, cooked some delicious food for us!!! The icing on the cake... chef Adair brought along his camera and took some beautiful pictures for us! He and Diego were so super sweet and did an awesome job! If there were 6 stars I would give that rating! Chef Adair prepared a 5 course meal for my 40th birthday dinner for 11 of my friends. It was the highlight of my birthday weekend and one of the best meals I have ever had. He was great to work with and he and his team were fun and professional. Came to the house and even helped us pair our wines. My friends are still talking about the food months later. I would highly recommend him for any private events or catering — Stephanie A.

Five stars is as good as it gets. However, six stars would be more appropriate. Chef Adair was extraordinary, not only in the kitchen, but also in the preparation of our surprise dinner party for my wife's birthday. Not only did he execute an exquisite 6 course menu, he paired it beautifully with the wines I currently had in my cellar as well.

We hired Chef Adair and his assistant to cook for our group of 8 who were vacationing in Napa Valley from Miami. From the start, he was very flexible and accommodating to everyone's likes and dislikes when creating our menu. Additionally, he helped us select wines to pair with our meals based on the wineries we had planned to visit.
The overall experience was fantastic! All of the dishes exceeded our expectations, from the vodka ceviche, to the porcini dusted filet mignon and everyone's favorite the espresso and chocolate creme brûlée.
I strongly recommend Chef Adair for any dinner party!! The food was outstanding and he has a personality to match!! We hope to be able to repeat the experience with him in the near future. — Javier M.

Chef Adair was part of the expert team that made my intimate winery wedding the stuff of dreams.
From the minute we hired him, he was professional, fun, committed, and attentive to every detail. Chef Adair was by our side as we selected wines for the 6-course meal we had planned for our guests--which was such a fun experience and gave him the opportunity to get to know us and incorporate our personality as a couple into the dining experience we wanted to create for our guests.
My husband is a country boy and avid hunter, while I am a Paris-loving City girl. Chef Adair adeptly created a gorgeous menu that reflected both of our tastes--he also sourced game and figs from our ranch to make the experience even more personal. It was a lovely homage to where we call home and was the kind of touch that very few accept the challenge to do. The end result was a beautiful menu that was both interesting and luxurious.
It was also fantastic that with each course, he would take a moment to come out and speak to our guests about the course, the thought and inspiration behind it, and tasting notes. Our guests absolutely fell in love with him.
It is no exaggeration to say that Chef Adair was instrumental in making our wedding dinner magical. Our 14 guests still talk about that night and remark on how amazing the meal was--which is rare when it comes to your typical wedding dinner that consists of rubbery chicken and tired, uninspired menus.
If you love food and want to create an unforgettable dining experience for your intimate wedding or dinner party, hands down, Chef Adair is your man!
