Chef Garrett Adair is an award winning, bootstrap chef, with over 20 years experience in the culinary arts and hospitality business. Starting in restaurants at age 15, Garrett spent 10 years cooking and honing his craft full time in Sonoma County restaurants as a Sous Chef: 101 Main Bistro & Wine Bar, The Farmhouse Inn & Restaurant (Russian River, Ca.), Monti's Rotisserie & Bar (Santa Rosa, Ca.), and other notable establishments.
Opening and operating his first Catering company in 2004, Garrett became well know as an upscale caterer for Wine Country tourism, winemaker dinners, weddings and executive events.
Garrett started Chef Adair - Private Chef Services - in 2008 to focus solely on wine country tourism for upscale vacation rentals. Cooking for Notable wineries, Ambassadors of State, CEO's, Hollywood starlets and serious foodies...
In 2012, Garrett went back to school earning a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in hospitality & culinary arts/management. Soon after he opened an award winning French American Bistro in Sonoma County, operating as Executive Chef & Owner.
After the restaurant was acquired in late 2016, Garrett focused on expanding his private chef services - his true passion. Focused on hand-crafted culinary arts and service for Wine Country epicurean vacations, tourist and dinner parties. Bringing his years of culinary and hospitality experience to your private dinner party.
Chef de Cuisine: Todd Muir a graduate of the California Culinary Academy - San Francisco. Soon joined the team of Alice Waters’ and Joyce Goldstein at Chez Panisse .
Todd and his family opened the Madrona Manor in Healdsburg, California: Recognized by Wine Spectator, earning many honors during his tenure. Todd owed, notable: Mangia Bene Italian restaurant in Healdsburg.
Chef Muir established the food and wine program at St. Francis Winery. Todd is a very talented, creative, farm to table wine country chef, farmer, wine enthusiast and world traveler. Now with over 30 years experience as an Executive Chef Todd Muir brings his talents to you -- with Chef Adair & Co's dining experiences.
